Following a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, members of West Church Ballymena Girls’ Brigade Company can finally look forward to their 75th Anniversary Celebrations, which will take place in March 2023.
The following special events are planned:
- GB Display – Friday 24th March 2023
- Afternoon Tea – Saturday 25th March 2023 (tickets required)
- Thanksgiving Service – Sunday 26th March 2023
Current Captain of West Church GB, Julie Kyle is keen to see faces old and new during the commemorative events and said, “We would love all past GB members, both girls and leaders to join with us to celebrate this milestone at the following events….just a little late thanks to COVID!”
“If anyone has any old GB photos or memorabilia, we would love to hear from you.
Everyone welcome! We look forward to seeing you. Please spread the word”, she added.
