Paul, Lorraine, Cameron and Caleb McCaw are looking forward to Christmas 2022 at the Belfast City Mission’s Mayo Street Hall. The family have sent us this latest report and set of prayer points.
They write:
‘Christmas is upon us once again, and as we continue to serve the Lord in Mayo Street, we pray that the folks we meet will come to know the Lord as their personal friend and Saviour and know His perfect peace at this Christmas time!
2022 has been a year of starting over again! Everything has started back to full working order since September and we have been very blessed with numbers attending Kids Club, Mums And Young Ones and Sunday School which is encouraging. However, we still have very few new faces attending our Sunday Services.
December is well and truly upon us and our calendar of events has begun. Please pray for the following activities:-
- BCM CHRISTMAS GIFT APPEAL – 5th & 6th +12th & 13th December
- HALL CHRISTMAS LUNCH – 8th December
- MUMS AND YOUNG ONES CHRISTMAS PARTY – 13th December
- JOINT KIDS CLUB & SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS PARTY – 14th December
- 2022 SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS SERVICE – 18th December
- CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT SERVICE – 23rd December. This year we have decided to hold our Carols by Candlelight Service on Friday 23rd December at 7.00pm. Invites will be distributed to all the families who attend different activities in the hall, so our prayer is that the kids will make their parents come with them. Please pray that this will happen and parents will hear the gospel message this Christmas!
Finally, we just want to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and thank you for your continued prayerful and financial support. May God Bless you and your families in 2023. PLEASE PRAY FOR THE FAMILIES OF THE CHILDREN WE WORK WITH!’
