A Musical Extravaganza – Just Go 2022 will take place at High Kirk Presbyterian Church, Thomas Street, Ballymena on Saturday 23rd April 2022 at 7:30pm.
The evening will feature Neil McKeown and band, Dawn Richie, and an instrumental Ensemble.
The event is being planned as a fundraiser for a mission trip to Kenya, which will be undertaken by Naomi Crawford this summer under the auspicious of Mission Africa. Please come along if you can and support the singers, musicians and Naomi.
Revealing more about why she was going to Kenya, Naomi told The Church Page: “That is really hard for me to answer because honestly I just had an inkling that God was telling me to go a couple of years ago and then lockdown happened so I thought it was all in my head but then I was approached my one of the Mission Africa staff and she asked if I was interested in leading the team or going out this year to Kenya.
I saw this as my sign that I was meant to go for reasons that maybe would never be revealed to me. However, I would say after going to Nigeria I really wanted to go back out again to a different country but teach or bring an element of music into it.
“Out in Kenya, I am going to set up music ministry programmes, run holiday bible clubs for kids and teens, work with sports ministries and potentially orphanages.
“Musical Extravaganza – Just Go 2022 will be a great night because it will allow people to come together, bring along friends and family and worship together”, smiles Naomi.
