If My People….a Call to Prayer’
Thursday 17th September | 7:30-9pm | CJM Offices
Free and available to book on the Eventbrite website here.
‘A night of prayer and fasting as we seek personal renewal and revival for Ireland.
We are back for prayer on Thursday 17th September, as we continue to ask God for a supernatural move of the Holy Spirit across this land. If you are able, we will be fasting during the day, and we’d love you to join us at 7:30pm to worship and and pray together.
This event will be held indoors, but in a well ventilated room (please bring a coat). Our numbers will be limited to 50 people and we ask that everyone wear a face mask until safely seated inside, at that point please use your own discretion whether to keep your mask on whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Registration is essential via Eventbrite. (Link above) Given the limited capacity, please only register to come if you are 100% committed to attend.
Tea and coffee will be served from the trailer in the car park from 7:15pm.
Note: Our car park is beside a road with regular traffic passing by, and we would therefore recommend that this event is not suitable for children under the age of 11.
We can’t wait to pray with you! 2 Chronicles 7: 14 – If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.’
Sharing Your Faith in a Culture of Confusion
Wednesday 23rd September | 7.30-9.30pm | CJM Offices
£10 per ticket, available to book on the Crown Jesus website here.
Hosts : CJM & Solas
We are living in an age of spiritual climate change where many of the Christian values that once influenced our way of life have now evaporated under the heat of secularism. Increasingly, many people view Christianity as either irrational, irrelevant or even immoral and as Christians we can feel pressure to privatise our faith ratcheting up. How do we navigate the Bible’s command to be salt and light in such a culture? Is it still possible to publicly, meaningfully, and persuasively engage people from very different worldviews with the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Join CJM and Solas’ (Centre for Public Christianity’s) Dr Andy Bannister and Gareth Black on Wednesday 23rd September at 7:30pm as we practically explore how to effectively Share Your Faith in a Culture of Confusion.
School of Evangelism Online
10-week course beginning Tuesday 6th October | Online Event
Free and available to book on Eventbrite here.
Would you like to grow in your ability to share the Gospel with others?
Over the past number of years, we’ve been honoured to work with hundreds of Christians from across Ireland, the UK and further afield to study and encourage sharing Jesus through our School of Evangelism.
With our School of Evangelism Online, we are opening the door for many more to journey with us from different nationalities, backgrounds and experiences with a united goal to grow in evangelistic gifting and see Jesus glorified in our communities.
If you want to take evangelism seriously in contemporary culture through biblical study, practical application and small group discussion then this is the course for you. Our School of Evangelism goes wide in the grasp of the subject and deep in its application to everyday life.
Story Maker Women’s Conference 2020
Saturday 10th October | 2-9pm | CJM Offices
£30 per ticket and available to book on the Eventbrite website here.
Hosts : CJM & World Orphans
Empowering and inspiring women through stories. The heart and vision of this conference is to empower and inspire women through our stories. No matter what phase of life we are in, God can heal, restore, and redeem our stories; He is always faithful and present in our journey. The women that we have selected to speak are all in different phases of their stories. Some are in the middle of it, clinging to the promises of God to bring hope. Some are on the other side of healing and are now inspiring others to overcome. Some have peace knowing that God never wastes our pain but still long to see redemption in their lives.
Our hope is to offer truth and encouragement to women by providing an array of stories that will inspire. Every day your life is communicating something, it’s another line…chapter…title in your story. It is only when we allow God to write with us that we can fully experience the truth of His promise: “I have come that you might have life to the fullest.” In every season, write with Him, create with Him, and watch the beauty of His promise unfold.
