A Watchnight Service at Victory Praise Community Church, Pennybridge, Ballymena will take place on New Year’s Eve, (Tuesday 31st December 2019) at 10:30pm.
The evening will begin with an opportunity to enjoy food and fellowship followed by a time of praise, worship, testimony and a short message from God’s Word.
Pastor Stephen Johnston from Victory Praise Community Church is looking forward to welcoming as many people as possible to usher in 2020 in the presence of God.
He told The Church Page: “New Year’s Eve is a time to praise God for His faithfulness to each one of us over the last twelve months.”
“We acknowledge as well that many people have encountered difficulty, loss and uncertainty in the year that is ending. We sympathise with them in their pain and want them to know that there is a place of care and unconditional love for them within our fellowship. This is because our Heavenly Father first loved us and showed this by giving His Son for us.”
“Today, He is our risen Saviour and our sure and certain hope for 2020 and eternity.”
