This year’s CAP – Christians Against Poverty Sunday service will take place on 17th November 2019 at Ballymena Baptist Church.
It will get underway at 11:30am and Pastor Freddie McLaughlin will be the speaker.
The venue for this annual meeting is Ballymena Baptist Church which is the main centre for Christians Against Poverty in Ballymena.
What does CAP offer people?
Christians Against Poverty is determined to reduce hardship in the UK, through the local Church. It does this through 605 poverty fighting services, including 293 debt centres, 162 job clubs, 78 release groups and 72 life skills courses, helping people develop basic financial and practical skills.
• CAP works to stop interest and charges. (successful in 90% of cases)
• The average person goes debt free with CAP in 21 months.
• In CAP’s 21st year, the charity expects to help 20,000 people across the UK.
