Smiles and laughter said it all on day two of The St Anne Trust Belfast Primary Schools’ Choir of the Year competition as pupils from two Special Schools took centre stage.
The Come and Sing Day, hosted by the Trust at Belfast Cathedral on 16th May, 2019 is now in its third year. Once again the choirs of Jordanstown School and Harberton Special School came along to sing and make music.
The children took part in music and dance workshops led by Opera NI
Led by the talented ladies from Opera NI, the boys and girls took part in a series of music and dance workshops, before performing their two chosen songs. Some of the children relayed the song lyrics through sign language.
