A Motorsport Display at Dunseverick Baptist Church has been organised to coincide with the NW200 Bike Week. It will run from Wednesday 15th until Saturday 17th May 2019. The display is open for everyone including spectators, riders and mechanics – everyone will be made welcome.
Located at 215 Whitepark Road, near the Giant’s Causeway, the display in the church car park can be viewed from 12noon until 6pm on each of the days.
Looking forward to the day, Pastor Billy Jones, who ministers at Dunseverick Baptist told The Church Page: “The North West 200 is enjoyed by thousands of people from across the province and beyond. It also feeds the local economy and helps to sustain many of the hotels and shops in our area. For all those reasons we, as a Church, are very proud to be supporting it and opening our doors to spectators, mechanics and riders during the week.”
“There is no admission charge but any donations we receive will be given to the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance Service. This is a cause that is very close to my own heart as it was, in human terms, the work of these rescuers that saved the life of my daughter, Rebekah, when she was severely injured in a road traffic accident last summer”, he added.
