Much-loved US family group, The Taylors return to Glenmachan Church of God, Belfast for a concert on Thursday 25th October 2018. It will get underway at 7:30pm.
The Taylors comprises of twins Suzanne and Chris and their brother Jonathan, who is incorporating this trip into his honeymoon.
They have recently transitioned from a quartet to a trio with the departure of their baby sister and soprano, Leslie in April of 2016. Leslie, a founding member of the group, felt a calling to minister alongside her husband, Aaron, in Myrtle Beach, SC. They currently serve at Socastee Baptist Church as Music Director and Youth Pastor. Leslie has a successful photography business and she is enjoying her two beautiful children, Isaiah and Guiliana.
The Taylor siblings grew up as members of Fellowship Baptist Church, a small country church, where their father has been ministering as a Southern Baptist minister for nearly 32 years. With their mother’s guidance as their music director, it was around the church piano that The Taylors created and honed their beautiful family harmony. The sound of the group has only grown tighter and better as the years go by.
Growing up in a Christian home has reinforced their faith and values. It has created in each of them a strong desire to proclaim their salvation through the ministry of music. God is at the very centre of The Taylors’ ministry and also at the centre of their hearts. They consider themselves extremely blessed to be able to sing for The Lord.
Also appearing at the concert will be another family group, The Morrisons, as well as gifted soloist, Jim Lonsdale.
