It’s going to be busy at the Grange as the following summer events at Grange Presbyterian Church, Toomebridge get underway soon. Community outreach events have been organised for primary school children, young people in Year 8+ and the wider community.
Summer events at Grange Presbyterian Church include a Holiday Bible Club for primary age children. Also ‘Uncover’ for young people – Year 8+ and a Family Fun Day for the whole community.
The ‘Guardians of Ancora’ Holiday Bible Club will run from Monday 13th – Friday 17th August 2018. This takes place every morning between 10am-12.30pm. Children in primary one to seven will have the opportunity to discover Jesus, play games, make crafts, have fun and see the amazing God for themselves.
‘Uncover’ will also run from Monday 13th – Friday 17th August from 7pm until 9pm each night. It is intended for secondary school aged young people. The evenings will feature games, talks, answers and food. Come, bring your friends, and explore the one man who changes everything!
The week concludes with a Family Fun Day. Organised in partnership with Grange Cross Community Association, this is planned for Saturday 18th August 2018 from 10am – 2pm. On this very special day, the Car Park at Grange Presbyterian will be packed with activities. A BBQ is planned. There will also be inflatables, mountain bikes, a treasure hunt, games, face-painting, crafts, a tea-room and bowls. The St John’s Ambulance will be there. A great day for the whole community so please plan to come and show your support .
