The focus of the position will be to invigorate our youth and children’s ministry. It is open to those who desire to serve the Lord and have a passion to disciple children and young people.
No particular youth work qualification is necessary, but a desire to progress and develop one’s own giftings and calling is essential. Also a clear ability to relate and model the teaching of the scriptures and the love of Christ in prayerfulness, approachability and godly lifestyle.
Dungiven Parish is a small church community, characterised by hardworking folk. They will most certainly direct their full support, practically and prayerfully, to a similarly inclined appointee.
This is an opportunity to be involved in church and community ministry and receive Christian training as appropriate. The intern will make Dungiven Parish Church their spiritual home for at least the tenure of their appointment.
An accommodation option is on offer if required.
Closing date: Friday 23rd March 2018
