Everyone is invited to a special concert called Glorious Day at Trinity Church Ahoghill. It’s taking place on Saturday 28th October 2017 at 8:00pm. Glorious Day will be a modern praise concert featuring Trinity’s modern praise choir called ‘Proclaim’. The event will also give information about the work of Bushfire Ministries among the needy children in northern Zambia.
The concert is in support of Bushfire Children’s Village, a Christian orphanage and school. It is owned and operated by the local Northern Ireland charity, Bushfire Ministries. So why not come along for a great night of praise while supporting a great project? The choir will sing a range of modern pieces, including Glorious Day, an old hymn revived recently by the Christian band Casting Crowns.
A team from Trinity, some of whom are members of ‘Proclaim’, recently visited Zambia to work at the orphanage for two weeks. Bushfire is a special place where children who would otherwise be on the streets, are cared for and educated in a loving Christian environment. Music is heard at all times of the day and night at Bushfire Children’s Village! The children sing as they do their chores, go to school, play and meet for evening worship in their dorms.
