A reminder of a concert by The Hoppers at Glenmachan Church of God.
Inspirational Southern Gospel Music group, The Hoppers, are set to sing at Glenmachan Church of God, Belfast on Thursday 26th October 2017. Their concert will begin at 7:30pm.
The Hoppers, who have been singing and playing for 60 years, are often referred to as ‘the first family of Gospel Music’. Everyone who comes to November’s concert will have the opportunity to hear the family’s new single: ‘Life is Good’. There will also be an opportunity to purchase copies of their latest recordings.
This particular evening promises to be particularly special! It may be the last time that the entire family make the transatlantic trip from North Carolina to Northern Ireland. Husband and wife, Connie and Claude Hopper, who have performed together since the group’s earliest days may not return to these shores again.
Their son, Dean, will also be testifying about God’s grace to him. Remarkably, he endured a series of strokes which began just before Christmas last year and only ceased a few weeks ago. Dean is keen to tell everyone how God’s timing in surgery was nothing short of a miracle.
