A fundraising cycle event for Latin Link gets underway at Rasharkin Presbyterian Church, Moneyleck Road BT44 8QB on Saturday 22nd April 2017.
The fundraising sportive gives cyclists the option to choose between two routes. A longer 50 mile ride and a much shorter 25 mile cycle!
The long route will consist of a 50-mile trek, taking in Ballymoney, then up to the North Coast and back to complete the circuit. Meanwhile, the second less arduous route is a 25 mile circuit around the Rasharkin, Ballymoney and Kilrea areas. You can see the complete routes via Strava. Click here to see the short course, or here for the long course.
Anyone who is fit enough to complete either route will be doing so in support of a brilliant cause. Latin Link is a Christian mission agency with a passion for mission in and from Latin America. It is active in countries like Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and numerous other places.
Registration for cyclists taking either route will be open between 8:00am-8:45am. The fee for anyone who wants to participate will be £10, although you can seek sponsorship to raise even more! Refreshments will be available at the end of the event.
