Everyone is welcome to join the Ballymena Church Members Forum Day Retreat to the Benedictine Monastery, Rostrevor on Saturday 1st April 2017.
For this annual trip, the bus will leave the Car Park at the IMC Cinema, Ballymena at 9:00am and return at 6:00pm.
A £10 donation is requested to cover travel expenses. You should bring your own picnic, although tea and coffee facilities will be available.
The annual Ballymena Church Members Forum Day Retreat to the Benedictine Monastery in Rostrevor is on Saturday 1st April 2017. Buses leave IMC Cinema car park in Ballymena at 9:00am.
The day will begin at 11:00am with an introduction to monastery life. This will be followed by guests joining in Eucharist worship there.
The late morning and afternoon will feature a series of short thoughts and prayer. Also lots of opportunities for personal quiet time and reflection.
Importantly, the day will conclude with a time of worship for the whole Forum group.
Participants may use the quiet time in or outside the monastery and as they find most helpful. They may wish to bring devotional material.
