You’re invited to an AsiaLink Worship Night at Ballymena Baptist Church on Saturday 5th November 2016. It starts at 7:00pm and for those needing directions Ballymena Baptist is at 18-22 Mount St, Ballymena BT43 6BW.
This event is being organised by Hernan Farias, Mark Brown, Gordon Stewart and Matthew Campbell.
In February 2017, these four men plan to go on a mission trip with Asia Link to a part of the world which has little-to-no gospel presence. The Worship Night is being held to raise funds for the expedition.
According to its website, ‘AsiaLink are deeply committed to the urgent and unfinished task of evangelism and nurturing young churches in Asia. Our desire is to stimulate passionate missionary vision among churches around the world as well as in our countries of ministry. AsiaLink is committed to Biblical Truth, to ministry through prayer and to dependence upon God for all our needs.
Our passion is the challenge of those who have little or no opportunity to hear the gospel.’
The organisation is active in numerous countries including Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam and North Korea to name only a few.
“Come and join us” at an AsiaLink Worship Night at Ballymena Baptist Church on Saturday 5th November 2016.
Admission to the Worship Night is free. There will be donation boxes in which people can place voluntary donations if desired. Tea and coffee will be provided at no charge.
Hernan Farias spoke for the team saying, “Please try to come and join us. We would love to see you there. It will be a great evening with good music with our special guest, Gordon Stewart and some brilliant surprises.”
