You’re invited to An Evening Of Song And Celebration with Voice Of Hope Choir on Friday 15th April and Saturday, 16th April 2016.
Each performance will be held in Ballymena Academy Grammar School, Galgorm Road starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets are available to purchase from the school, The Faith Mission Bookshop, High Street Ballymena or The Creamery Can Coffee Shop in Glarryford.
The suggested donation for tickets is £10 for adults and £5 for under-12s.
Formed in January 2006 under the direction of Alyson Reid, this dynamic Gospel group now comprises over 100 voices, and is made up of people from churches local to Ballymena, as well as some from further afield. Since it’s formation, the choir has held a number events, in Wellington Street Presbyterian Church, High Kirk Presbyterian Church, All Saint’s Church, Ballymena, The Braid Arts Centre, the new Wellington Presbyterian, St. Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast and most recently in Ballymena North Business & Recreation Centre, all of which have all proved extremely popular with audiences.
The choir has raised over £80,000 for worthwhile causes including Macmillan Cancer Care, Marie Curie, Tear Fund, Asha, Lifeline, The Smiles Foundation, and Radio Cracker. Recently, they have been helping Raise The Roof Kids Choir to build a Primary School in Gulu, Uganda for hundreds of vulnerable African children.

Alyson and friends look forward to meeting many of you next week at the Academy. “The Voice of Hope concerts this April are to celebrate God’s generosity and love for us. All proceeds from them will go to the ongoing work of Raise the Roof in Uganda”, she said.
