Experience Blue Monday at Ballymena Methodist Church

Experience this year’s Blue Monday at Ballymena Methodist Church – ‘Blue Monday’ with a difference!! Usually, ‘Blue Monday’ is that day in January that everyone dreads; credit card and other bills come in and we begin to regret spending so much money at Christmas. For some it’s claimed to be ‘the saddest day of the year’ However, Monday, 18th January promises to have a very different feel at Ballymena Methodist Church, where Art & Music Sessions will be available throughout the day.

Experience a ‘feel good’ Blue Monday at Ballymena Methodist Church this year.

Explaining more about the initiative, Frances McKinney from Ballymena Methodist Church said: “Our annual Blue Monday at Ballymena Methodist Church is run in conjunction with Public Health Agency and focusses on fun activities and on the five steps to mental well-being i.e. connecting, being active, learning, giving and mindfulness. The sessions are repeated throughout the day and are led by Art and Music professionals.”
