Ballymena Church Members Forum Advent Services 2016 will soon be taking place in the town. They are delighted to be partnering with four churches in Ballymena Town Centre who will be hosting the series of services for Advent.
These worship services will be held each Thursday afternoon at 12:30.
- 24th November 2016 – First Ballymena Presbyterian Church, Meetinghouse Lane.
- 1st December 2016 – St Patrick’s Church of Ireland, Castle Street.
- 8th December 2016 – Ballymena Methodist Church, Ballymoney Road.
- 15th December 2016 – All Saints Church, Broughshane Road.
The advent services are open to everyone and are specially shortened to fit into lunchtime schedules. This in particular gives an opportunity for workers in the town to attend during their lunch break.
Everyone is invited to Ballymena Church Members Forum Advent Services 2016. The series of lunchtime services are taking place in four of the Ballymena Town Centre churches.
The Forum’s Chairperson, Wilbert Morton, is encouraging everyone to come along to these services. He said, “Advent is a season of expectation and preparation for celebrating the coming of Jesus. We are all looking forward to coming together from all our different traditions to worship. This is something we love doing in Ballymena and this is another opportunity. Please plan to come and join us.”
