Bereavement Care Awareness Training by Care For The Family // Sat 23 September 2023

Care of the Family are holding a Bereavement Care Awareness Training Session at Ballymena Elim Church, 42 Castle Street, BT43 7BT on Saturday 23rd September 2023.  (The training will run from 10am-1:30pm)

This Bereavement Care Awareness training has been produced as part of Care for the Family’s bereavement training for churches. It is useful for clergy, church leaders, pastoral care leaders or any volunteer interested in supporting bereaved people – whether they are already engaged in bereavement support or are considering the possibility of developing it.

The workshop is interactive and is designed to equip and empower people and churches in supporting those who have been bereaved. There will be PowerPoint presentations, teaching and group work.

It is recommended that you arrive for registration at least ten minutes before the training, as we will be starting promptly at the advertised time.

The Care For The Family Bereavement Care Awareness Training session is £15 which is paid at the door, but you must reserve their space through Eventbrite to guarantee a place, a delegate pack and further resources.
