Festival Brass at Glenmachan Church of God, Belfast // Saturday 21 December 2024

Festival Brass are pleased to announce that the band will be presenting their annual Christmas Concert ‘Festive Brass & Voices’ on Saturday 21st December 2024 at Glenmachan Church of God, commencing at 7.30pm.

A spokesperson for the organisers told The Church Page: “Our guest choir joining us this year will be the wonderful ‘Belfast Operatic Company’ under the leadership of their conductor Colin Scott, who will present a number of Christmas favourites from their repertoire as well as also featuring a selection of soloists from within their company.
We look forward to having Belfast Operatic Company with us for this year’s Christmas concert, and we know without a doubt that their musical contribution at our concert this year will ensure that this will be a wonderful night of music making!
Compère for the evening this year will again be Gerry Kelly, who has done a marvellous job of leading the festivities for us the last few years and it will be a pleasure to have him with us again for this year’s concert.
Tickets for our Christmas Concert this year are £15 and are available from all our main ticket outlet at Matchett’s Music as well as from the Glenmachan Church Office and ourselves at Festival Brass Direct.
This will be a wonderful evening of Christmas music as we celebrate this special time of year and we look forward to seeing you all there!”
