Hope365 is a Ballyclare based organisation which works to rescue street children in the Shashemene region of Ethiopia and offers them hope of a future free of poverty and destitution.
In furtherance of this aim, the organisation is offering you the opportunity to form part of a Transform Team, which will visit the area from from 28th June – 9th July 2024.
Explaining more about what is involved, a Hope365 spokesperson told us: “We have been running Transform Teams since 2023 as a way for our supporters to experience first-hand the important work that Hope365 does among Street Kids in Shashemene, Ethiopia.
Currently, we aim to send out one team per year to our projects in Shashemene. This team lasts for 10 days and typically consists of 10-15 people from a range of different ages and backgrounds.
Please note, you will have to raise your own financial support to join a Transform Team. There is also an additional fundraising goal to help support the projects in Shashemene.

We run Transform Team trips to support and see first-hand the work that we’re doing out in Shashemene. These trips help to show just how much of an impact Hope365 has on young lives.
We would love for you to help us in our work when you come home; whether sharing formally (like speaking at your church or group) or informally (telling friends and family about your trip), joining our dedicated team of shop volunteers or even fundraising for us!”
