A Day of Reflection for Lent will be hosted by Drumalis via Zoom on Saturday, 27th February 2021 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, led by Sr Pam Thimmes OSC.

“For many Lent, which means ‘spring’, has been a liturgical season dominated by ‘giving up’. What if, instead, we were able to sit and listen in the wilderness of our hearts, the space where the LORD, in both darkness and light invites us to revelation and transformation? For many of us this year has been a year of ‘undoing’ – emotionally and in how we live our lives. It has been a wilderness of mystery, new and uncomfortable, and more.
“Has it been a ‘lenten’ year for you? How have you heard the LORD speaking this year? This will be a day to stop, to listen and respond to the LORD who has walked with you the whole way. Sr Pam Thimmes OSC is a Poor Clare sister living at the Poor Clare Monastery in Faughart, Co Louth. She teaches Scripture in each of the Drumalis Adult Faith Development programmes and in the Permanent Diaconate programmes for several dioceses. Sr Pam is also an experienced and popular spiritual director and retreat leader, as well as a working photographer.
