Rev Jared Stephens, Minister of Cliftonville Moravian Church in Belfast and Ballinderry Moravian Church in Lower Ballinderry, is offering his fellow clergy an opportunity to keep up with their language studies online.
Explaining more, Jared told The Church Page: “I know many ministers are required to learn the original biblical languages but struggle to keep up with them when they enter ministry.”
Jared also stressed: “I am one of those people who’s language skills have lapsed, therefore, I will not be teaching; it is more a case of creating a means whereby we can learn together as peers.
“I’m happy to start whenever. Since it’s online it’s easier to be flexible with the times/dates. So whenever we get enough interest we can just set a time with those who have responded.”
