Mission Africa Ballymena Prayer group will meet in Carnlea Mission Hall, outside Ballymena on Tuesday 3rd March 2020 at 8pm.
The speakers are David and Lucy Morrison who have just arrived back from Chad for the birth of Lucy’s first baby.
They have done a fantastic work in Chad among vulnerable and abused woman. Chad is an incredibly difficult country in which to be a Christian missionary. It is French and Chadian Arabic speaking and a country which is predominately Muslim. The temperatures are very high and despite it being one of the world’s poorest nations the cost of living is very high.
Also speaking will be Naomi Gowan a member of the Mission’s Council who visited Chad at the end of 2019.
A light supper will be served at the end.
Everyone will be given a very warm welcome. Carnlea Mission Hall address is Loughmagarry Road, Ballymena.
