A special Night of Thanksgiving to mark 25 years of Christian service at Church of God Ballymena will take place on Friday 29th June 2018. Due to get underway at 7.30pm, the meeting will feature guest singers and worship from the Newtownards Praise Team. There will also be a message from the Pastor of the Fry’s Road fellowship, Tom Bell. Light refreshments will be served afterwards.
The Frys Road fellowship are looking forward to celebrating 25 years of Christian service at Church of God Ballymena.
Speaking to The Church Page ahead to the event, Pastor Bell said:
“We are really keen to give all the glory to God for the way in which He has blessed our Church over the last quarter of a century. So this Night of Thanksgiving will celebrate this milestone. We also remember brothers and sisters who have gone to be with the Lord in that time, especially my predecessor, the late Stewart Dunlop. Stewart is well remembered in the town for his good humour and faithful witness.”
“Our prayer is that God will continue to build upon that legacy as well as doing more that we could ask or imagine in His Kingdom in the years to come.”
