You are invited to a FREE concert by the University of Manchester Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Choir at St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast. The event takes place on Friday 29th June, 2018, starting at 7:00pm.
The conductor for the evening is Robert Guy. The orchestra and choir will perform British and American composer Tarik O’Regan’s Triptych and Beethoven’s 9th Symphony.
Soloists are Molly Toolan-Kerr (soprano), Lydia Wonham (alto), Zahid Siddiqui (tenor) & Hugh Beckwith (baritone).
There will be an opportunity to make a donation on the evening. All money raised will go directly to Belfast Cathedral.
The Cathedral’s Marketing and Events Manager Holly Wilson said:
“This will be a really amazing opportunity to raise funds for the Cathedral so it would be great to see a massive turnout.
This group travels all across the UK to raise money for churches and cathedrals. We are delighted they have taken such an interest in St Anne’s.”
No tickets are required for the concert by the University of Manchester Choir and Chamber Orchestra at St Anne’s, Belfast.
