Then Sings My Soul | The Smiles Foundation
Then Sings My Soul is an evening of praise and worship organised by supporters of The Smiles Foundation. It’s taking place in High Kirk Presbyterian Church, Ballymena on Friday 23rd June 2017, starting at 8:00pm.
Then Sings My Soul is an evening when you can come along and sing many of our classic hymns. Also listen to the stories that inspired them. There will be an offering lifted on the night with all proceeds going to the work of The Smiles Foundation in Romania.
Organisers of the event gave us a few more details.
“Our aim is to get a good crowd along to sing the old hymns together and enjoy fellowship. A praise band will lead but we want everyone to make a joyful noise! There will be a presentation at some point showing many of the projects which The Smiles Foundation are doing just now. They do a fantastic work in Romania, working with many of the poorest and marginalized in their society. Lots of people from Ballymena and throughout Northern Ireland have already been to Romania on mission trips to see for themselves. There are so many who need our help there and this event is a great opportunity not only to hear about but also support The Smiles Foundation.”
