This Is Not Blue Monday at Ballymena Methodist Church, Old Ballymoney Road, Ballymena BT42 1AG is on Monday, 30th January 2017. This is a feel-good day with several activities being planned at the church. The event is open to everyone.
This varied day will include an introduction to tai-chi, origami or hand reflexology with two sessions running from 2:00pm – 5:00pm or 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
A light afternoon tea with be served during the 2:00pm – 5:00pm session. This FREE event is open to everyone. The over-arching theme for the day is ‘create, chat, move.’

It really is a feel-good day to encourage people to think about doing things they might enjoy. Perhaps haven’t experienced before. It’s also a time to enjoy being in the company of others.”
