Keswick At Portstewart 2016
Preparations are well under way for Keswick at Portstewart 2016. For many years, the annual Keswick at Portstewart Convention has brought together Christians from far and wide for a wonderful week of life changing Bible teaching, inspirational music and warm fellowhip.
This year’s event will run from Saturday 9th to Friday 15th July 2016, with the evening celebrations taking place each evening at 7.30pm, while the Monday to Friday Bible readings begin at 11.00am.
As ever, at the heart of Keswick at Portstewart will be Bible teaching which informs the mind, inflames the heart, and engages the hands.
Chairman of the Keswick at Portstewart Convention Committee is Ballyloughan Minister, Rev. Darran McCorriston, who commented: “We’re delighted this year to have three very experience and gifted Bible teachers joining with us for the week – Nathan Smith from Grace Church Bristol, Paul Mallard from Widcombe Baptist in Bath, and David Scott from Inshes Church, Inverness.”
While life changing Bible teaching is very much at the heart of Keswick at Portstewart, there’s more to the event than that. Uplifting praise, opportunity to catch up with others over coffee or lunch in the café tent, while 10ofthose.com will be back resourcing a well-stocked book tent.
Darran went on to say: “For children and young people we’re delighted once again to be partnering with Portstewart CSSM who will be running an exciting programme for children and young people while there is also a special event for young adults on the Sunday night of the event.”
We look forward to welcoming you to Keswick at Portstewart 2016 from Saturday 9th to Friday 15th July. We can’t promise you glorious weather, but we are confident that you’ll have a great week.
